PER
Co-Founder
Per has over 25 years of experience spanning the foreign service, IT & telecom sector, industry groups, management and sustainability consultancy. His work in policy, advocacy and standardisation, balanced with purposeful innovation and business development in for-profits as well as non-profits, led to his involvement in the B Corp movement and the formation of the B Purpose Bureau. Per is one of the B Corp pioneers in Hong Kong and has a proven track record of helping companies drive measurable positive change and achieving B Corp certification. Previously he co-founded the Asia Cloud Computing Association (2010) and the MENA Cloud Alliance (2015); two influential industry groups that have since become leading authorities in their regions, setting standards for best practices in cloud computing. He is a board advisor to GridMarkets and the former ICBCT Chairman at the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (2015 to 2021). Per is a B Lab accredited B Corp consultant, holds certificates in Agile and Design Thinking from the University of Virginia and has a BA in Chinese and History of Ideas from Stockholm University and Xiamen University.

Chief Impact Officer
Pia is a social impact leader committed to driving positive change through helping organisations measure, improve, and communicate their impact on people and the planet. With a background in communications, nonprofit management, and impact measurement, Pia was the Executive Director of an award-winning literacy NGO, Bring Me A Book Hong Kong for 12 years (2010-2022) and is co-founder of Voice for Social Good, ensuring partnerships between nonprofits and funders are based on trust and deliver on impact. In 2020, Pia was recognized as 2020 AmCham Women of Influence nominee for “Global Issues, Local Heroes, Women Taking the Lead.” Pia has a BA (Hons) from University College London and obtained the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership’s (CISL)’s Business Sustainability Management Certificate and Impact Measurement and Management for the SDGs certificate from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme SDG Impact.
BERENICE
Chief Purpose Officer
Berenice is a highly experienced sustainability consultant committed to supporting the development of projects that expand economic opportunities, create human and social capital, and contribute to sustainable growth. Ms. Voets tutors the Oxford Said Business School’s Leading Sustainable Corporations executive education program. Previously Berenice worked for the Hinrich Foundation where she conducted a strategic review (Theory of Change redevelopment) and comprehensive impact assessment of the organisation’s programs, and led the expansion of its policy research and advocacy activities. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, and a Master’s in Business Administration from EDHEC Business School. In 2021, she completed Yale School of Management (SOM)’s Corporate Sustainability Management: Risk, Profit, and Purpose certification course.
CATHERINE
Sustainable Growth Catalyst
Catherine is a versatile operational CEO with over 25+ years working across Asia in management consulting, new business development and global marketing roles, all through a sustainable impact lens. Her industry experience spans multiple industry sectors with both start-ups and multinationals (airline, fashion & apparel, consumer electronics, ed-tech, NGO). Catherine’s current focus is on supply chain engagement and decarbonisation. She has worked with company founders and CEOs, assisting them with building strategic roadmaps and implementation plans, oftentimes rolling up her sleeves and helping them with execution. Most recently she was the CEO and Co-Founder of a start-up in the Apparel & Textile Industry. Catherine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a bachelors and masters degree in Chinese history from University of Pennsylvania.
