PER
Co-Founder
Per has over 25 years of experience spanning the foreign service, IT & telecom sector, industry groups, management and sustainability consultancy. His work in policy, advocacy and standardisation, balanced with purposeful innovation and business development in for-profits as well as non-profits, led to his involvement in the B Corp movement and the formation of the B Purpose Bureau. Per is one of the B Corp pioneers in Hong Kong and has a proven track record of helping companies drive measurable positive change and achieving B Corp certification. Previously he co-founded the Asia Cloud Computing Association (2010) and the MENA Cloud Alliance (2015); two influential industry groups that have since become leading authorities in their regions, setting standards for best practices in cloud computing. He is a board advisor to GridMarkets and the former ICBCT Chairman at the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (2015 to 2021). Per is a B Lab accredited B Corp consultant, holds certificates in Agile and Design Thinking from the University of Virginia and has a BA in Chinese and History of Ideas from Stockholm University and Xiamen University.
CATHERINE
Sustainable Growth Catalyst
Catherine is a versatile operational CEO with over 25+ years working across Asia in management consulting, new business development and global marketing roles, all through a sustainable impact lens. Her industry experience spans multiple industry sectors with both start-ups and multinationals (airline, fashion & apparel, consumer electronics, ed-tech, NGO). Catherine’s current focus is on supply chain engagement and decarbonisation. She has worked with company founders and CEOs, assisting them with building strategic roadmaps and implementation plans, oftentimes rolling up her sleeves and helping them with execution. Most recently she was the CEO and Co-Founder of a start-up in the Apparel & Textile Industry. Catherine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a bachelors and masters degree in Chinese history from University of Pennsylvania.
